Dolar Group was commissioned to craft the complete culinary heart for The Postcard Resort & Hotel in Tirupati. This 4000 sq. ft. project involved designing and installing a compact yet highly efficient kitchen ecosystem for the 4-star resort, balancing premium functionality with the serene aesthetic of a getaway destination.
The scope required intelligent space optimization to integrate a main production kitchen, an interactive live kitchen, a stylish bar, and flexible banquet capabilities. Our design prioritized a seamless flow between zones to support both à la carte dining and large-scale event catering, all within a limited footprint. Special attention was given to selecting energy-efficient equipment and creating a layout that minimized staff movement while maximizing output, crucial for a resort’s dynamic service model.
Our team delivered custom-fabricated workstations, specialized ventilation for the live kitchen, a fully equipped bar with integrated cooling, and mobile banquet solutions. The project culminated in seamless installation and operational training, empowering the resort’s staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. This project showcases Dolar Group’s proficiency in executing high-value, space-conscious hospitality solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
