Scope: Multi-Cuisine Fine Dining Restaurant Kitchen, Turnkey Execution, 800 Sft
Dolar Group was commissioned to engineer the complete, turnkey kitchen for Sattvam, a premier multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant in Bangalore. This complex project demanded a versatile and highly efficient kitchen capable of seamlessly executing a diverse global menu with precision and speed.
Our comprehensive scope included designing and installing a powerful hood and ducting system to manage varied cooking loads, integrated with a critical flame suppression system for ultimate safety. To handle high-volume prep, we supplied essential food processing equipment like a rinder and vegetable chopper. The cooking battery was equipped with versatile burners, hot plates, authentic tandoors, and commercial deep fat fryers to cover techniques from Indian tandoori to continental sautés and Asian frying.
The layout was strategically planned with custom work tables and sinks to create distinct yet connected zones for different cuisines, ensuring smooth workflow and avoiding cross-contamination. Every piece of equipment was selected for reliability and performance under continuous use. From initial concept and manufacturing to flawless installation and operational training, Dolar Group delivered a synchronized culinary ecosystem.
