Bakery Production Unit & Food Court Turnkey Setup
Dolar Group was entrusted with establishing a comprehensive, high-volume food production and service facility for Manipal Higher Education. This specialized project involved creating two core ecosystems: a fully equipped industrial bakery production unit and a multi-cuisine food court designed to serve a large student and faculty population.
The bakery unit was engineered for mass production, featuring a sequential line of spiral and planetary mixers, dough sheeters, climate-controlled proofers, and high-capacity baking ovens. This setup enables consistent, large-batch production of breads, pastries, and confectionery. Supporting infrastructure, including slicers, trays, storage racks, and mobile trolleys, was supplied to ensure an efficient workflow from mixing to dispatch.
Concurrently, we designed and equipped the expansive food court with versatile cooking stations, service counters, and integrated exhaust systems to handle diverse menu offerings. Our turnkey approach encompassed everything from initial layout planning and equipment manufacturing to final installation and staff training. The project demanded a focus on durability, ease of maintenance, and compliance with institutional catering standards. This successful execution provides Manipal with a robust, scalable culinary infrastructure that ensures quality, variety, and efficiency in campus dining.
