Lemon Tree Hotel
Turnkey Kitchen, Bar, Banquet & Live Kitchen Setup | Area: 8000 sq. ft. across 4 Floors
Dolar Group was entrusted with the comprehensive turnkey project of engineering the entire culinary and service backbone for the Lemon Tree Hotel in Tirupati. This ambitious undertaking involved designing, manufacturing, and installing customized solutions spread across four distinct floors, creating a seamless operational flow for a premier 5-star experience.
The scope included a central production kitchen engineered for high-volume output, a specialty live kitchen for interactive dining, a fully equipped bar with precision cooling and dispensing systems, and expansive banquet facilities capable of servicing large events. Each zone demanded a unique design philosophy, balancing stringent 5-star hygiene standards, workflow efficiency, and aesthetic integration with the hotel’s architecture.
Executing an 8000 sq. ft. multi-floor project required meticulous coordination and precision logistics. Our in-house teams handled everything from structural planning and ducting for heavy-duty ventilation to the installation of state-of-the-art cooking, refrigeration, and service equipment. The result is a fully synchronized culinary ecosystem that empowers the hotel’s staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences across all its outlets, from intimate room service to grand banquet halls, solidifying Dolar Group’s capability in handling large-scale, complex hospitality projects.
