ITC Fortune Park
Turnkey Kitchen, Bar, Banquet & Live Kitchen Setup | Area: 6000 sq. ft.
Dolar Group was selected to deliver a fully integrated culinary and service infrastructure for the ITC Fortune Park in Tirupur. This 6000 sq. ft. turnkey project required a strategic design to maximize efficiency and guest experience within the parameters of a premier 4-star hotel.
Our execution encompassed the design and installation of a high-capacity main kitchen, a dynamic live kitchen for theatrical cooking, a functional bar setup, and versatile banquet facilities. The core challenge was creating distinct, high-performance zones within a consolidated area while adhering to Fortune Park’s brand standards for quality and operational smoothness. We focused on an optimized layout that ensured logical workflow, stringent hygiene, and energy efficiency across all sections.
From custom stainless-steel fabrication for the kitchen to installing specialized bar equipment and banquet trolleys, every element was precision-managed. Our team expertly coordinated ventilation, electrical, and plumbing integrations to support the heavy-duty equipment. The project was completed with comprehensive staff training, ensuring the hotel’s team could leverage the new infrastructure from day one. This successful deployment highlights Dolar Group’s expertise in executing compact, multi-faceted hospitality projects that deliver robust functionality and enhance the property’s competitive edge.
